I'm a mum of four who's had all kinds of births myself and seen all kinds of births by other folks too. I've been knocking around the birth world for a good while now, and I know what my own experience and some very strong research tells me - that having the support of a doula effectively shortens labour time and increases the positivity of the birth experience for women and birthing people. In these uncertain times, you and your family need someone to provide information and support. Someone you already know, by the time you come to have your baby. Someone you have built a relationship with, that you trust, who can support and care for you in a way that works. As a doula at RosieBirth, I can provide practical, emotional and informational support for home births and all manner of births in hospital too. I can support VABCS, gentle caesareans, inductions.

Stringent assessment and award winning standards mean that KGH Hypnobirthing continues to be the market leader in Northern Ireland and as a continuing member I am up to date and well informed about all new developments in the field.
